| ABOUT US | | Waste Solutions, Inc. is a service leader, large enough to handle the big jobs, but small enough to provide personal service. Our management team, with over 30 years experience in the waste hauling and recycling industry is ready to meet your unique needs. General office hours are from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with live dispatch available weekdays from 5 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 5 a.m. until noon. Radio-dispatched trucks allow us to offer same day service. We can also work with you on special projects that may require evening or seven-day service. Waste Solutions, Inc. supports Massachusetts recycling goals and promotes waste reduction with all of our hauling services. We will assist your Company to capture recyclables before they get into your disposal stream. Waste Solutions, Inc. has been a member of the U.S. Green Building Council since 2004 and is proud to have been involved with numerous projects in Massachusetts that have achieved LEED® certification. Carolyn P. Mowbray, LEED AP
Carrie Mowbray started Waste Solutions Inc. in 1994 with her husband, Michael. They had one truck and one container. Today Waste Solutions, Inc. operates a fleet of over 35 collection vehicles and has over 1000 containers of various sizes. Her experience in construction waste and resource management spans over twenty years and ranges from smaller projects to managing one of the largest commercial projects in New England. Carrie is a LEED accredited professional who was recently featured in a Sundance documentary, "The Greening of Southie". This short film showcased the construction of the first "green" residential building in Boston. "I try to teach my children that there are many things we can do to recycle. Many of the things we use can be re-used."

| Michael J. Panciocco, Operations Manager Mike Panciocco began his career in the waste industry in 1989 as a driver with BFI. A year later he transferred to sales where he was eventually promoted to Sales Manager. In 1995 Mike left BFI to start his own hauling company. Three years later, after growing the business to three trucks and three hundred customers, Mike sold his business to BFI. The next five years were spent with Waste Management as the Rhode Island Division Manager. Mike was hired by Waste Solutions, Inc. in 2004 as Operations Manager.
| Michael R Ryan, Sales Manager
Mike Ryan began his career in the waste industry in 1987 as a sales rep for BFI of Cape Cod. After working for several years in the Cape market, Mike transferred to BFI of Boston as a Major Account Rep which gave him responsibility for handling many large regional accounts. In 2004, he was promoted to Division Sales Manager, a position he held until 2011. During this time, Mike's territories included BFI's Quincy division and Allied Waste's Fall River division, one of their largest in the US.
Mike now brings his 25 years of experience to Waste Solutions, Inc.
